I am a former ‘chronic dieter’ that is on a life-long journey to repair my relationship with food and culture! By tweaking a few small habits, I have left my destructive relationship with food, and learned how to have a loving relationship with myself! I am here to help you see that small steps are what can propel us forward, and begin a journey of self love, and leave the guilt we have associated with food, behind!
